Shipping policy
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Print-on-demand (POD) items may take 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed and created. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times are 2-11 business days. Due to ongoing supply chain issues, processing and shipping times are estimated but may take longer.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of your item.
Print-on-demand (POD)
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at Malia@MAUTDesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy for most items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Malia@MAUTDesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
